Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect:
Account info — your name and email, via Google Sign-In.
Birth details — date, time and place of birth, to generate your astrology chart.
Chat messages — your questions and the responses, to provide and improve the service.
Payment info — processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card/UPI details.
Usage data — basic analytics to operate and improve the app.
How we use it: to create your readings, run your account and wallet, process payments, and improve the service.
Third parties we use: Google (sign-in & AI model), Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting & database), VedAstro (astrology calculations). Your data is shared with these only as needed to run the service.
Data storage & security: stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your rights: you may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us (see Contact). We delete account data on request.
We do not sell your personal data.
Terms & Conditions
Mira offers AI astrology chat on a per-minute basis. Every new user gets a 3-minute free trial (once per device). After that the rate is ₹5 per minute, deducted from your wallet balance. You are charged only for the minutes you actually spend in a conversation.
Wallet recharges are charged in Indian Rupees and are subject to 18% GST, shown separately before payment. As an introductory offer, a user’s first recharge is credited at double value (for example, pay ₹49 + GST and receive ₹98 of wallet balance). This offer applies once per account.
Wallet balance is for use within the app only. It is non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
You add funds to your wallet via Razorpay (minimum recharge ₹50). Unused balance stays in your wallet for future chats.
The service is for guidance & entertainment only and outcomes are not guaranteed (see Disclaimer).
You agree not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.
We may update pricing, features or these terms; continued use means acceptance.
You must be 18+ to pay.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once consumed, as the service is delivered instantly per minute.
If a payment is deducted but your wallet was not credited due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded or credited — contact us within 7 days with your payment details.
You may stop a chat anytime; you are only charged for the minutes used.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Who else sees your data
Mira cannot work without sending some of your information to the services below. These are
the only third parties involved, and each receives only what its job requires:
Google (Gemini AI) — your chat messages and a summary of your chart, to
generate Mira's replies.
VedAstro — your date, time and place of birth, to calculate your Vedic
chart. Your name, email and phone number are never sent.
Razorpay — payment details when you recharge. We never see or store your
card or UPI details.
Google Firebase — your notification token, so we can send you alerts.
Meta — when you make a purchase, a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of
your email, used only to measure whether our advertising works. Meta cannot read your
email address from it, and never receives your chats or birth details.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your chats with anyone beyond what is listed
above.
